Payment, Reservation, Rent and Security Deposit
To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment for the 50% of the reservation can be made by bank transfer / deposit, Western Union, Paypal, credit card or cash payment at our office (check options according to each property).
Payment for the rest of the rent + cleaning fee must be made in cash at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.
We do not accept check; If you do not wish to pay this amount in cash, you have the possibility to make a bank transfer on the day of check-in.
In order to receive your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as the booking department of Vacations in Gramado sends a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check In Time: 2PM - 11PM - For check-ins between 11PM and 6AM, a late check-in fee of $ 60.00 must be paid.
The customer is required to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be done.
During the check-in process the customer will need to call our check-in department (available 24/7), (+ 55) 54 3286-4856, 54 98444-8087 at least 30 minutes prior to check-in. arrival at the property. After we receive the call, one of our responsible will meet the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.
If you arrive before our official check-in time at 2pm, you can leave your luggage at the office during our business hours.
If the apartment is available and the guest wants to be assured of the possibility of early check-in, a change between 6am and 2pm can be combined for a rate of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the time of occupancy of the property.
Check Out Time: 6AM to 12PM
An employee of Vacations in Gramado will meet the client in his apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance between the parties), in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
After checking out the customer can store their luggage in our office during opening hours, if necessary.
If the apartment is available and the guest wishes to leave between 12:00 and 22:00 only, we need a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount is to be paid upon vacating the property.
For check-outs between 10pm and 6am, we charge the equivalent of the next day's rent. If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30 minute grace period, a fine of R $ 50.00 will be charged if this departure is before 12 noon. After 12pm, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night.
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from Vacations in Gramado.
Vacations in Gramado has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, neighborhood peace disturbance and / or violation of condominium rules, party arrangements, illicit drug use, pets without our permission, non-payment of full rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has internet connection or cable TV, Vacations in Gramado assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences arising from them. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, no rental payment will be refunded.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as any item belonging to the condo. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The customer and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and the condominium rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
There are condos that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
Some reservations do not include the consumption of light and gas if your rental agreement needs to be verified. In case of energy charge the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent exceeds 30 days, after each month.
